The Benefits of Drawing: Why You Should Pick Up a Pencil ?
Drawing is a wonderful way to connect the mind, eyes, and hands. Through the act of drawing, we engage our minds to visualize and conceptualize, our eyes to observe and analyze, and our hands to bring those concepts to life on the page. This connection not only allows us to express ourselves creatively, but also helps improve our focus, observation skills, and motor coordination, resulting in a more well-rounded and fulfilling artistic experience.
My Drawing Story
I vividly remember drawing my first ever picture of a house. I drew the window open with the curtain blown aside by the wind. My father was surprised and couldn’t believe I had chosen to draw such a realistic scene at such a young age.
That moment sparked my love for drawing and art, and it still brings back fond memories to this day.
at age of 14 I decided to take a summer art class, not realizing that I would soon discover my love for drawing. and one year later i choose graphic design for my major.
In art school, I honed my skills through endless practice, drawing around 50-100 sketches each week. Later, I continued studying art design, learning the fundamentals and progressing to portrait, landscape, and other styles. Even after university, I took online courses to advance my understanding of anatomy and portrait drawing. Here are some examples of my drawing practices , Check out.
Teaching
after university I taught some of these skills in art school, but now as I have my website, I have decided to create the best possible course for anyone who loves to draw or paint.
My goal is to share the knowledge and passion that I have cultivated over the years, and help others discover the joy of creating art.
The drawing course is currently being developed, but if you’d like to be notified when it’s ready, fill out the form below and provide a contact method so that I can reach out to you.
